Description

Method: Heat one glass of water. Take two tablespoon of Small Millets Nutri Mix and make paste by adding water. Pour this paste to the hot water. After heating for 10 minutes add milk and sugar. Ingredients: We add 30 items. For this, 5 items are sprouted (i.e. Finger Millet, Pearl Millet, Sorghum, Green Gram & Horsegram) and Foxtail Millet, Kodo Millet, Little Millet, Barnyard Millet, Maize, Wheat, Ground Nut, Cashew, Badam, Pistha, Cardamom, etc.
