USAGE METHOD:
Hot (Microwave)
1.Spray water on front & back of the Pack / Pad 2 - 3 times using a sprayer
2.You can place the Pack in Microwave Plastic Heating Bag for cleanliness.
3.Place the Pack / Pad in the center on the rotating plate of the microwave.
4. For eye pack Heat for 30 seconds.
5.After checking temperature is body acceptable start usage on the affected area.

Cold (Refrigerator)
1.Put the Pack / Pad in Plastic bag & store in refrigerator for 30 - 60 minutes before use.
2.Check Temperature is body acceptable to apply.

ADDITIONAL TIPS
-Do not wash or wet the wrap. If it gets dirty, simply clean with disinfectant wipes.
-Make sure that the wrap is clean and dry before heating in the microwave.
-Place the pad on a clean dry plate.
-Seal in zip lock or a plastic bag before placing on freeze.
