• ABOUT OKAYTI TEA ESTATE : Planted in the early 1870s, Okayti Tea Estate is sprawled in the undulating hills of magically scenic Mirik valley. It is spread over 1,600 acres of beautiful landscape with elevation ranging from 4,000 to 6,200 feet, making it one of the highest elevation tea estates in the region.
• STEEPING GUIDE : Heat 150 ML of fresh water at 95C. Take 1 Teaspoon or 2.5 Gm of 5'o clock muscatel Darjeeling tea in an infuser and cup or a teapot. Pour hot water to it and allow it to brew for 4-5 mins. Add Honey if desired. Serve and Enjoy!
