• Ingredients: Coriender, Dry Mango, Cumin, Cassia, Cloves, Chilli, Black Pepper, Mint Leaf, Fennel Seeds, Pomegranate Seeds, Dry Ginger, Cassia Leaf, Common Salt, Black Salt, Nutmeg, Mace, Caraway, Black Cardamom, Cardamom Seeds, Turmeric, Mustard, Bishops Weed, Tamarind, Asafoetida

Soak 100 g of chhole overnight. Boil and keep aside. Heat 3 tbsp oil. Fry mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add 2 chopped onions, fry till olden brown. Add 1 chopped tomato, 3 green chillies & half inch ginger. Add 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tbsp Agrawal's 420 Chhole Masala and salt to taste, Cook for 3 mins on low flame. Add boiled chhole. Add salt & cook for 5 mins. For added flavour mix tbsp Agrawals 420 kasuri methi. Serve hot with kulcha / puri / rice.
